1. Information We Collect
- Discord User ID — a unique identifier for your Discord account, used to associate your AFK status and Pro subscription with you.
- AFK Status Text — the message you provide when setting your AFK status (e.g., via
/afk,,afk,/localafk). Do not include sensitive personal information in your AFK status, as it is visible to other members of servers you’re in. - Server (Guild) ID — stored only when you use the local AFK feature, to scope your status to a specific server.
- Subscription Data — if you purchase Pro, we store your Discord User ID, the plan you purchased (lifetime or monthly), and a Stripe subscription reference (for monthly plans only), so we can grant and later revoke Pro access.
2. Payment Information
Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your card number, billing address, or other payment details — Stripe handles this directly. Stripe may collect your email for receipt purposes as part of their own checkout process; this is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy, not this one.3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide AFK status tracking and notify other users when they mention someone who is AFK.
- To determine whether you have active Pro access and unlock Pro-only commands.
- To send you a direct messages for subscription updates.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Bot:- Discord — the platform the Bot operates on. See Discord’s Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — our database provider, used to store the data listed above.
- Stripe — our payment processor, used to handle all purchases.
5. Data Retention
- Your AFK status is stored until you clear it (
,afk clear//afk clear//localafk clear) or update it again. - Your Pro subscription record is stored for as long as your subscription is active. Canceling a monthly subscription automatically removes your Pro record when Stripe notifies us of the cancellation.
